What’s included

Two ways to plan your Indian wedding in Spain.

We plan Indian weddings by days, not by ceremonies: one day of celebration, or two or more, with as many events in each day as your family wants. Two services cover it.

Luminus

Two days or more

The wedding day and one more. We plan by days, not by ceremonies: that second day can hold one celebration or several, a Haldi in the morning, a Mehndi in the afternoon and a Sangeet at night. And it is not an add-on: it gets the same planning, the same design and the same team.

  • Everything included in Portoro
  • A second day, fully planned, with every celebration it holds
  • Your Bouclé team on site for both days
  • A third day of celebration can be added

  • Vendor sourcing and management for that day
  • Styling and decor concept
  • One timeline across both days

What each service costs is in the welcome guide, and we’re happy to walk you through it on a call.

Choosing Bouclé was the best decision we made. The attention to detail, the creativity, the warmth — everything was exceptional. The team made us feel like the only couple in the world.

How it works

Every day of it, planned from the inside.

The celebrations

  • Mehndi and Haldi, at the venue or at the family’s villa
  • Sangeet or Garba, with the stage, the sound system and the dance floor it calls for
  • The Baraat and the arrival, planned to the minute
  • The ceremony under the mandap, with the pandit you choose
  • The reception, from the entrance to the last song

What makes it work

  • Caterers who know Indian food and adapt their menus to it, Indian, Spanish or both, at venues that let them cook on-site
  • Mandap and decor by vendors who have built them before
  • Music for every night, from the Sangeet to the reception
  • One venue for the whole weekend, or a different one each day, with the family moved between them without a hitch
  • A timeline that respects every ritual and every outfit change
  • Guest logistics organized: hotels, transfers and a wedding website with everything they need

Where and when

We plan weddings in Mallorca, Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia, where our planners live, and across the rest of Spain. Whether your family wants an estate by the sea, a palace near the city or a different venue for each day, we know where to look and who to call.

April to June and September to October are the months our Indian couples choose most often: warm days, long evenings and none of the August heat. Saturdays in those months go first, so most families start 12 to 18 months ahead.

Before you write

The questions Indian couples ask us first.

The ones that decide whether it’s worth getting in touch. If yours isn’t here, ask us and we’ll confirm right away.

Can we legally get married in Spain?

For most couples who don’t live in Spain, a civil wedding here isn’t possible: Spanish law requires residency. Nearly all of our international couples take care of the paperwork at home, before or after the trip, and hold the wedding in Spain exactly as they pictured it: the mandap, the pheras and every ritual your family wants.

How much does an Indian wedding in Spain cost?

More than anything, it depends on three things: how many days you celebrate, how many guests come, and the venue. Two families with the same guest list can spend very different amounts depending on those choices. In the first few weeks we build the budget with you, line by line, and tell you honestly what’s possible. Our welcome guide explains how we work and what our services cost.

Will the vendors understand our wedding?

Yes. We work with caterers who know Indian food and adapt their menus to it, with decor teams who have built a mandap before, and with pandits we have worked with. We brief every vendor on each ceremony, its order and its meaning, so nothing gets lost between what your family expects and what happens on the day.

And if there’s a priest, a caterer or a musician your family trusts, we bring them on board and coordinate them like everyone else.

Who will we be working with?

Bouclé was founded by Estela and Dani after planning their own wedding. Today we are a team of ten based in Mallorca, Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia, and every wedding is led by the planner who lives where it takes place, with the whole team behind them. We have planned Hindu and mixed-tradition weddings for families from the UK, the US and beyond, and we work in English and Spanish. Meet the team.

We live abroad. How do we plan from there?

Almost all of our couples do. We work with the two of you, by video call, email and WhatsApp, at times that suit your time zone, and everything lives in the Portal: the guest list and the RSVPs, the tables, the vendors, the contracts, the payments and the timeline of each day. What you share with your family, and when, is up to you.

Shall we start?

No date, venue or budget yet? That’s fine — just an idea of the wedding you’d like.
