Most of our couples reach out 12 to 18 months before their wedding. High-demand destinations often book out even earlier. If you’re considering a Saturday in May, June or September, get in touch as early as you can.
Weddings in Spain vary widely — depending on guest count, destination, season and how many days you celebrate. We’ve planned weddings from intimate ceremonies of fewer than thirty guests to multi-day weekends for 200. We’ll talk through your budget on our first call and tell you honestly whether we can make it work.
Most of our couples are. We do the entire planning remotely — calls, video, email, WhatsApp — and meet in person when it makes sense, usually for venue visits or final tastings. The team works in English and Spanish, and we coordinate everything with local suppliers on your behalf, so you don’t need to be in Spain until the wedding week.
We focus on Spain — Mallorca, Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Andalusia and the rest of the country. Each wedding is led by a planner from our team who lives in the region where you’re celebrating, supported by the rest of the team throughout the planning. On the wedding day, depending on size and type of celebration, more than one of us will be on site. Real local knowledge, with a team behind it.

We work closely with priests, pundits, celebrants and ceremony leaders from each tradition, and design the day so that every ritual lands with the care and clarity it deserves.
