Mediterranean Wedding in Mallorca. S & M.
Between mountains and sun-kissed coasts, Stephanie and Mauricio chose the magic of Mallorca for their “I do.” Join us on the adventure of planning a Mediterranean wedding in Mallorca, where love and the charm of the island intertwine.
THE CONTAGIOUS ENERGY OF STEPHANIE AND MAURICIO
You know that feeling when you meet someone who radiates joy and seems to have an immaculate soul? That’s Stephanie and Mauricio for you. From the moment we met them, they exuded a peace and positivity that was almost tangible. Spending an hour with them fills you with such energy, it’s like drinking a liter of Red Bull. You go home feeling revitalized.
AN INTERNATIONAL WEDDING IN RECORD TIME
Our connection was instant, and we soon started collaborating on planning their wedding. Their requirements? Any place in the world with a beach and the capacity to accommodate their international guests. The challenge? Organize everything in just 3 months! While the timeline took us by surprise, we accepted the challenge, as it would be an intimate ceremony of 35 guests.
CHOOSING MALLORCA: A MEDITERRANEAN PARADISE
After discussing the perfect destination for their big day, we considered several locations: from Portugal to Albania! Yes, you heard right. However, we ultimately settled on Mallorca. More than just a beautiful sunny destination, Mallorca offers a wide variety of stunning estates and hotels for wedding celebrations. Additionally, it has a wedding sector accustomed to working with international clients and top-tier vendors.
HOTEL CAP VERMELL: A DREAMY VENUE
Since they needed a space for the wedding and to accommodate guests in the same place, we opted for the Hotel Cap Vermell. This incredible hotel mimics a traditional Mallorcan village perched on a hill, nestled in a tranquil valley surrounded by mountains and with distant sea views. The entire hotel consists of small luxury villas with amazing terraces that resemble little houses.
When we visited the hotel, Stephanie and Mauricio instantly knew they had found the idyllic setting for the wedding they had always dreamed of.
DESIGNING THE BIG DAY: CHOICE OF SETTINGS
Choosing the different settings for their wedding at Hotel Cap Vermell turned out to be surprisingly easy. Every corner of the place seemed to have been designed specifically for each moment of their event. The ceremony would take place in the stunning Ses Oliveres Garden, which would also serve as the setting for the pre-dinner cocktail. Subsequently, the dinner and celebration would be held on the Ballroom Terrace, a space immersed in the heart of Mallorcan nature.
“The ceremony, officiated by a family friend, was so imbued with genuine love and affection that it was impossible not to be moved.”
AN EMOTIONAL CEREMONY UNDER THE MALLORCAN SUN
The wedding day dawned cloudy, and despite the constant threat of rain throughout the day, the energy radiating from Stephanie and Mauricio was unbreakable. Though both were nervous, their joy and excitement were palpable. And as if fate wanted to give them a break, the moment Mauricio began his entrance, the sun decided to peek through the clouds. The ceremony, officiated by a family friend, was so imbued with genuine love and affection that it was impossible not to be moved. Although the group was small, the love and connection among everyone were evident. That magic intensified as they read their vows to each other and said “I do,” just as the sun began to set behind the mountains. This moment would have moved anyone’s heart.

DECORATION: SOPHISTICATION IN EVERY DETAIL
Our decorative vision for the event revolved around a unifying concept: vibrant flowers in cheerful tones, displayed with elegant and timeless sophistication.
At the ceremony, two half arches of fresh flowers framed the couple, and olive branches marked the aisle toward the altar, providing a very Mediterranean touch. During the cocktail hour, small floral arrangements adorned the tables, highlighting the star oyster and prawn station.
SPACES FOR MEMORY: UNFORGETTABLE MOMENTS
The sunset celebration provided a spectacular setting with views of both the sea and the mountains. Here, guests gathered around a long imperial table. Its center boasted a 15-meter garland of fresh flowers stretching from end to end. This floral display, all installed by Floristería Mimosa, was accompanied by elevated candles in serene blue and pastel pink tones, cutlery with golden sparkles, glass plates with golden edges, and embossed glassware.
For the party area, we set up several “chill out” spaces where guests could relax. A highlight was a personalized mirror with the couple’s names, designed for attendees to capture a photo with the reflection of the stunning Mallorcan landscape. Additionally, we arranged for a large champagne cooler filled with the couple’s signature drink, brimming with ice and flowers.
THE GRATITUDE OF MAKING DREAMS COME TRUE
As their wedding planners, one of the most touching moments came just before the event concluded. The couple expressed their gratitude, acknowledging that we had not only made their dreams come true but had perfectly captured the vision they had for their wedding from the start. Without a doubt, one of the most beautiful aspects of our job is the people we meet in the process and the lasting friendships that, as in their case, we forever treasure.
