Alongside everything in Portoro, Luminus includes full planning and design for either a welcome party or a post-wedding event. The wedding day flies by; multi-day celebrations are ideal when guests travel far, letting you slow down, connect, and savor the moment. Should you envision a three-day arc, Luminus may be seamlessly extended with an optional third event—planned and designed with the same meticulous care.

In just 15 days, we reach out to carefully selected venues that match your guest count, style, and budget — and provide you with all the information, including brochures, pricing, and availability.

Once you’ve had the chance to review the materials, we’ll schedule a dedicated video call to walk through your options, highlight key details, and answer your questions.

If you’d like to see venues in person, you can add our accompanied site-visit day: we’ll plan the route, arrange the appointments, and guide you through each visit. Afterward, we’ll connect again via video call to help you evaluate what you’ve seen and move toward a confident decision.
